Welcome to Oxon Buses. We're a bus enthusiast group founded in July 2020 to highlight the fantastic bus networks in and around Oxfordshire, in addition to making projects for fellow enthusiasts and to aid people with an untrained eye. Oxon Buses is an Oxfordshire-centric bus and coach enthusiast group , keeping fellow enthusiasts up-to-date with the latest news of fleet repaints, movements, and updates and upcoming service changes from Oxfordshire (and the surrounding area) bus and coach operators to keep you informed of what local operators are up to, plus each Friday we post a 'Feature Friday' post on our Instagram page (@oxonbuses) to promote photography sent to us by the community and it often comes with some interesting facts about the featured buses, coaches, and operators! At Oxon Buses, we make icons for our fleet listings of local, and some not so local, operators. However, we want to offer anyone the oppotunity to use them for their own projects, for free!

In a little over six months, we have grown our team to a total of four and have plenty of community contributions from other independent bus enthusiasts. We have also managed to gather over a thousand followers on Instagram. We were founded to highlight the fantastic bus networks in and around Oxfordshire, in addition to making projects for fellow enthusiasts and to aid people with an untrained eye. For those interested, we also take photographs to help promote the fantastic services in the area and will regularly tweet about forthcoming service changes.

Oxon Buses partners with fellow enthusiast groups and hopefully other organisations in future! Currently our biggest partner is British Bus Fleet (formerly South East Bus Fleet). Our Partners Who have we teamed up with and why? Our first partnership was with British Bus Fleet (then known as S.E. Bus Fleet ) in late 2021. We partnered up to enhance our individual projects further than either could do single-handedly by increasing efficiency, quality, and viability of project development whilst decrease resource wastage wherever possible, all without sacrificing either brand. We hope to increase collaboration even further in the future.
